We want to take this opportunity to thank you and your crew for the extension/carport/tractor shed/entertainment area/biggest-pergola-ever (haha) you and your team constructed at our new home.
The work completed was to a high quality and professional standard. The on-site interactions between yourselves, as well as our family and visitors was always professional, respectful, genuine and at times amusing. It was a pleasure having your team here. The work ethic and teamwork displayed was very impressive.
Never underestimate what your work as builders becomes. To us, this build created a practical space where family and friends visit, gather, celebrate and simply enjoy the country views(hot air balloons included) with us. To say that we are happy and satisfied with the end result is an understatement.

The call out for this job turned out to be the longest quote ever.
What started out as a request for price and advice on new deck and patio ended up as a 4 ½ hour, 3 + beers, discussion solving the world’s problems. In this time we did also plan the new outdoor living area. Following the 4 ½ hour a few more meetings were required to measure etc, but the job was completed including (no man’s land) Ned’s design request. Everyone was happy, except now I can admit, Glenn, Ned & Nat’s coffee’s were better, sorry mate. Through doing this job I am grateful for meeting two of the nicest people, who are now great friends.

Robin contacted me for a quote on footings only for a new deck (landing). After initial discussions I gave him a quote on the whole landing. This should have been a two day job but due to rain and lets be honest, the good food Merilyn kept feeding me (love those home made sausage rolls) I dragged it out for 3 days. Loved doing your job as seeing you so thrilled and satisfied with the completed project makes going to work more enjoyable, this means more to me than the money. PS Robin will be back for that beer soon. Sorry Merilyn but wont be able to talk to you eye to eye at the back door any more (shorty).

Firstly I have to say a huge thank you. I cannot believe the transformation you have created in my yard. What once was an huge overgrown, unusable back yard with an extremely small pool area where children had to walk in single file to get around the pool, has now been replaced totally by an amazingly beautiful outdoor living oasis fit to rival any resort on the coast. Who needs ocean views when I can wake up to this view every day.
Your design concepts and ideas have created an area that is now the envy of all my friends and neighbours, and also the most popular room in the house. Your attention to detail and awareness of my budget limits were commendable.

Well what can I say Pam, Again this job started off as a simple idea of turning your small and cramped deck into a fun and usable area for your kids to have fun. Well don’t know about your kids but can say I had heaps of fun building your new oasis. Maybe I should also say sorry to your neighbours ever since I hooked up your surround sound system, well lets just say it was well tested and sounds great. Hope your kids like watching movies lying in the pool. Summers not to far away now. Scott baffled me when he rang and said he wanted a quote on building a shed around a large cement water tank. Check out the results, how cool did it turn out. Proves nothing is impossible. This job was done slightly different to normal as I can quote in two different ways. One as a fully quoted job or like Scott’s who had time to lend a hand and pitched in as my labourer. Sorry Scott you weren’t as good looking as Pam. But mate had heaps of fun doing this job, it great working with you. Also enjoyed doing your concreting and tiling. Mate cant believe the wildlife at your place loved going to work there everyday. Thanks heaps Lyndall for my morning smoko everyday, only thing had to share it with the local butcher bird.
